After having studied art in the USA, China and in Germany in Munich and Berlin, Lara Goldmann (USA, 1983) is currently pursuing her MfA in Art & Ecology in New Mexico. During the last few years her focus from painting has shifted to multi media installation, yet still incorporating painting and text work. Since 2014 she considers most of her work as part of the “line/assembled collective” which she started along with Jordana Goldmann and Eike Eckold. Recent exhibitions include: “Experiments in Cinema” Albuquerque Film Festival; “SITE Scholar Exhibition” , SITE Santa FE ; “All over the map: The ongoing dialogue of Public Art”, Albuquerque Museum; “and this is very interesting”, John Sommers Gallery “A night of performance”, SITE Santa F: “favre”; Galerie Koal, Berlin Gallery C, Contemporary Fine Art, Neuchatel, Switzerland.
