Tal Frank

Frank was born in Tel Aviv (1973), currently lives and works in Mexico City. Frank is a sculptor and installation artist. She creates individual objects and sculptural environments using a wide range of materials and techniques. She holds a fine arts BA degree from the Beit Berl College Arts School, and an MFA from the University of Haifa. Frank has received several awards and scholarships, including The Israeli Young Artists award and the America-Israel Foundation Prize. Her work and exhibitions have been supported by the Outset Foundation, the Rabinovich Foundation, and the Israeli Lottery Fund for the Arts, among others. Frank’s work has been shown in many solo exhibitions in galleries and museums, most recently in a large scale show at the Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art. Frank has also participated in many group exhibitions and special joint projects with several artists, including Eli Gur Arie, Ran Barlev and an ongoing project for several years with Keren Anavy. Her work is held in museum and private collections.
